Return Policy

At Sole Purposes, we sell digital-only products such as downloadable photos, videos, and creator resources. Because our content is delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges.
1. Digital Products
All sales of digital files (including photos, videos, and guides) are considered final. Once a download has been delivered, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
However, if you experience a technical issue—such as a broken file link, download error, or duplicate purchase—please contact us within 7 days of your order and we’ll do our best to help.
2. Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the owner’s discretion. We may issue a refund or replacement file in the following cases:
You received a corrupted or inaccessible file.
You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
Refunds will not be granted for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Inability to use the product due to incompatible software or device issues.
To request a review, please email support@solepurposes.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
3. Exchanges
Because our products are digital, exchanges are not applicable. In rare cases of file corruption or technical error, we may reissue a new copy of the original purchase.
